Initial position
Stand up, then jump and spread your legs apart,
Lift your arms so that they are horizontal with the palms facing forwards.

- Turn your feet to the right, bend your right leg while breathing out.
- Put your right hand on the right thigh.
- Then, while turning your upper body towards the right, put your left hand on your right thigh also.
- Bring your arms forward. The palms of the hands should be facing one another as if you were holding a ballon
- between your hands. Hold the balloon as far away as possible.
- Stay in this position for at least 7 breathes.
- Come back to the initial position and do the same thing on the
opposite side.
- Repeat the exercise.
