Initial position Stand up, then jump and spread your legs apart, Lift your arms so that they are horizontal with the palms facing forwards.

  • Turn your feet to the right, bend your right leg while breathing out.
  • Put your right hand on the right thigh.
  • Then, while turning your upper body towards the right, put your left hand on your right thigh also.
  • Bring your arms forward. The palms of the hands should be facing one another as if you were holding a ballon
  • between your hands. Hold the balloon as far away as possible.
  • Stay in this position for at least 7 breathes.
  • Come back to the initial position and do the same thing on the
    opposite side.
  • Repeat the exercise.
