Breathing

Most people have unhealthy breathing habits. Some of the common breathing irregularities can be related to:

  1. Holding breath in our day to day behaviors and activities
  2. Breathing mostly in the upper part of the chest
  3. Shallow, uncontrolled breathing. We unconsciously adopt these patterns during our life and it is formed, or even emotionally impressed. These formats of breathing patterns trigger physiological and psychological stress and anxiety reactions within our body.

Full deeper breathing has been replaced by shallow upper chest breathing, which can only utilize 1/10 of our lung capacity.
