Definition of Movazeneh®

When we try to define Movazeneh® we have to understand the history of the word. Movazeneh® in reality is movement and balancing. That is the reason it is known as the art of Sufi balancing and harmonizing the body. It is unique to the MTO Shahmaghsoudi School of Islamic Sufism®, developed and implemented by the current Master of the school Hazrat Salaheddin Ali Nader Angha.

The practice of Movazeneh® exercises bring the focus and the awareness of the practitioner on one single point. Through concentrated movements this awareness is expanded from that single point to the entire body, allowing the person to experience the present moment. Movazeneh® movements allows the mind to direct itself from a scattered state to collectiveness.

Specific Movazeneh® exercises, increase experience of the simultaneous monitoring and awareness of all the physical, psychological, and electromagnetic activities that take place during every moment of the practice.
